No, we don’t. Currently, we are trying to keep our footprint to a minimum to be gentle on the planet. If this changes, you’ll see an update in this section of our website and if you’re on the mailing list, you’ll be notified accordingly.

Australia & New Zealand: Free standard shipping on orders over $139 AUD.
We’re quick to get your treasures on their way.
Orders placed before 12 noon (AEST/AEDT) are typically dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12 noon will be sent the following business day.
During high-demand periods, like sales, we might need a little more time to get your order packed. Thank you for your understanding!
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey home to you.

Standard Shipping (New Zealand):
Orders over $139 AUD: Free!
Express Shipping (Australia):
Orders over $139 AUD: Flat fee of $15 AUD.
Delivery: 1-2 business days (metro East Coast), 2-5 business days for
regional and remote areas.
Please note: We’re not responsible for lost or stolen items, so if you’re concerned, we recommend using a Parcel Locker for peace of mind.

Standard International Shipping: Powered by Australia Post, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight. You’ll receive tracking update once your parcel is dispatched.
Express International Shipping: We offer DHL Express for an extra speedy delivery.
Please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our checkout price. These may be payable when your parcel arrives. If a delivery is refused due to unpaid duties, the return shipping
cost will be deducted from your refund.
Orders
We’re confident you’ll adore your Alessia Jade piece. But if it’s not quite right, we gladly accept returns for a refund (excluding shipping costs) under the following conditions:
Initiate your return within 7 days of receiving your order (30 days during the Christmas season).
Email info@alessiajade.global with your order number and return details.
Items must be brand new, unworn, undamaged, with original tags attached and protective packaging intact.

Ship your item back within 14 days of your order date and share tracking details with us.
Return postage is at the buyer’s expense. We recommend using registered or trackable post.
Items purchased on sale, during promotions, or as part of a sample sale cannot be returned.
Need an exchange? Our collections are curated in small quantities, so we can’t always guarantee availability—but we’ll do our best to help!
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your returned item. Once finalised, we’ll send you an email confirmation. Refunds may take up to 2 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
If you need to make changes, email info@alessiajade.global within 1 hour of placing your order. If it’s already on its way, we won’t be able to make modifications.
Contact us at info@alessiajade.global, and we’ll help track it down. International orders may be trickier to trace, but we’ll do everything we can to support you.
We’re meticulous about quality and thoroughly check every piece before it leaves us. If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us right away at info@alessiajade.global with
photos and your order number.
Please don’t wait too long to inspect your item, as delays may affect our ability to help.
