• Australia & New Zealand: Free standard shipping on orders over $139 AUD.

We love welcoming new members to the Alessia Jade family! When you join our mailing list, you’ll receive a 10% discount code to use on your first full-priced order. Just enter the code at checkout to enjoy the savings.

When will my order be shipped?

We’re quick to get your treasures on their way.

• Orders placed before 12 noon (AEST/AEDT) are typically dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 12 noon will be sent the following business day.

During high-demand periods, like sales, we might need a little more time to get your order packed. Thank you for your understanding!

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey home to you.


 

Do you offer Click & Collect?

No, we don’t. Currently, we are trying to keep our footprint to a minimum to be gentle on the planet. If this changes, you’ll see an update in this section of our website and if you’re on the mailing list, you’ll be notified accordingly.


 

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping (Australia):

• Orders of $139 AUD and over: Free!

Standard Shipping (New Zealand):

• Orders over $139 AUD: Free!

Express Shipping (Australia):

• Orders over $139 AUD: Flat fee of $15 AUD.
• Delivery: 1-2 business days (metro East Coast), 2-5 business days for regional and remote areas.

Please note: We’re not responsible for lost or stolen items, so if you’re concerned, we recommend using a Parcel Locker for peace of mind.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! 🌏

• Standard International Shipping: Powered by Australia Post, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight. You’ll receive tracking updates once your parcel is dispatched.
• Express International Shipping: We offer DHL Express for an extra speedy delivery.

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our checkout price. These may be payable when your parcel arrives. If a delivery is refused due to unpaid duties, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

What is your returns policy?

We’re confident you’ll adore your Alessia Jade piece. But if it’s not quite right, we gladly accept returns for a refund (excluding shipping costs) under the following conditions:

• Initiate your return within 7 days of receiving your order (30 days during the Christmas season).
• Email info@alessiajade.global with your order number and return details.
• Items must be brand new, unworn, undamaged, with original tags attached and protective packaging intact.

• Ship your item back within 14 days of your order date and share tracking details with us.
• Return postage is at the buyer’s expense. We recommend using registered or trackable post.
• Items purchased on sale, during promotions, or as part of a sample sale cannot be returned.

Need an exchange? Our collections are curated in small quantities, so we can’t always guarantee availability—but we’ll do our best to help!


 

Can I modify my order?

If you need to make changes, email info@alessiajade.global within 1 hour of placing your order. If it’s already on its way, we won’t be able to make modifications.


 

My order hasn’t arrived.

Contact us at info@alessiajade.global, and we’ll help track it down. International orders may be trickier to trace, but we’ll do everything we can to support you.


 

My order is incorrect or damaged.

We’re meticulous about quality and thoroughly check every piece before it leaves us. If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us right away at info@alessiajade.global with photos and your order number.

Please don’t wait too long to inspect your item, as delays may affect our ability to help.


 

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your returned item. Once finalised, we’ll send you an email confirmation. Refunds may take up to 2 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

• Our 10% Welcome Discount applies only to full-priced orders and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Sale items are excluded. The welcome discount code will be emailed to you upon subscribing to our mailing list. If you do not receive the code, please contact us at info@alessiajade.global.
• Combo bundle discounts are available exclusively on full-priced products and cannot be combined with any other discounts. Only one discount can be applied per order.
• We want to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum. Products purchased are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Please choose carefully when purchasing your items.

• While we make every effort to display accurate images of our products' colours, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, and other factors.
• Products featuring printed or embossed surfaces may show natural variations between pieces. These variations make each piece unique.
• We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices listed on our website are correct. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right not to fulfil orders where inaccuracies or outdated information regarding product pricing, descriptions, shipping, or payment terms are identified.

• When you make a purchase from our store, we collect personal information such as your name, address, and email address as part of the transaction process.

• _shopify_uniq: No data held. Expires at midnight (local time) the next day; counts visits per customer.
• cart: Unique token, persistent for 2 weeks; stores cart contents.
• _secure_session_id: Unique token, sessional.
• storefront_digest: Unique token, indefinite; determines site access for password-protected stores.
• PREF: Set by Google, persists for a short time; tracks visitor origin and activity.
